The Redlands Mill has been a great place to grow my business. I was in search of a place that would provide ample amenities and be a safe place that offered security and convenience. I loved knowing that all my podcast equipment was secured behind both a gate and two locked doors. The amenities made my work days easy and enjoyable, I used the kitchen, bathrooms and conference rooms on a regular basis and they were always clean and well maintained. The staff and management were always quick, responsive and helpful. My business has grown in Riverside and that is the only reason I am giving up my spot, otherwise I would never leave.

To whom it may concern: I have been a tenant at the Redlands Mill since November 2009. I have been happy here and enjoy the relaxed, at-home feel. The few minor technical difficulties I experienced when I first moved in were promptly taken care of and I have not had any problems since.
