We know that a business office is more than square feet – it’s your business’ home. It is location + service + dependability + management with integrity. We understand that this is your livelihood – and we work here also. This is our business home - and your office.

We have created a space where you can run your business successfully. Need furniture? We have offices that come furnished, or have furniture that you can use. Lighting fast internet? We have that (Fibre). Need controllable air conditioning and heating? We have that. Between our individual spaces and the shared community resources, you have a great start toward business success.

Flexible Contract Terms

Our normal lease is 12 months. However, we can work with your needs. We understand that businesses are run very differently today than in the past decade – so – when you are looking for space – let’s talk through what works best for you.

Expandable Locations

The Redlands Mill can add individual offices as you grow. We have the capability to join offices electronically for you to share your printers and data services - or allow separation for private conversations by separating offices. If you choose to use our Nemerald phone video and voice integration platform – we can link multiple offices in multiple locations together. (Nemerald is our partner in Phone-Video technology)

The Redlands Mill has been a great place to grow my business. I was in search of a place that would provide ample amenities and be a safe place that offered security and convenience.
